Maternity Photography

Whether this is your first or last pregnancy a photograph captures this memory forever. This is a unique experience in a mother's life, which only lasts a short time and every pegnancy is different. Maternity Photoshoots are ideal for ladies between 30 - 36 weeks pregnant as this is when most bumps are most prominent.

A standard session lasts about 1 hour, where you can choose a white bright lighting or a low key shadow lighting session.

Location shoots are also available too.

Choose a style you like in advance by emailing the photographer images you like and poses to maximize time.

You can have photos with just you in the photos but you can bring in your partner and bumps siblings for a few shots too if they are not disruptive as we try to keep a relax enviroment during the shoot.

Also the Photographer is a makeup artist and Face & bodypainter so if your want to be more adventurous by having a bump or body paint or makeup you may . There is an additional fee for this service as some body paints take hours to do.

Terms and Conditions During the Photoshoot

Mobile phones, cameras, tablets and devices which can take images and videos

Other then the photographer's equipment, camera, phone, laptop etc. No-one else is allowed to take images and videos during the session. Therefore I ask these personal devices are to be turned off and out of arms reach during the session or locked away. If you are seen taking images or videos the session will stop and you will be asked to delete all images and videos you have taken and show the photographer you have done this. Failing to do this means the session will be terminated and no refund given. Please repect photographers copyright, this practice is acrossed photography buisnesses nation wide.

After the Shoot & Recieving Images

Editing

I edit the images myself after photography sessions. This takes time, please see images at the bottom of the page for skin tidyup on babies, I do not use filters as I like making the skin look as natural as possible. Extreme touch up and changes may concure additional charges. On maternity shoots, I will discuss with the mother to be how they want to be edited for example acne removed, anything they do not want in the images removes, eyes brightened, teeth whitened, soome skin smoothing.

When will you expect recieve the images

I will email you a private link to a see only files of the unedited images taken from the shoot for you to choose from. Your selection then will be edited. This can take upto 3 weeks. These will then be sent to you via a private link to download or on a USB stick.

Format the images be in

You will recieve full sized images. One copy for social media 78 dpi and the other copy of the same image 300 dpi for printing

Black and White images

If the style of the image sorts a black and white image, you will recieve this image as well.

CAN WE USE THE IMAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes of course! if sharing on soical media please can you add a link to my website or Facebook or other social media links. I would really appreciate this as being self employed I rely on word of mouth so I would be delighted if you shared your photos.

How long the photographer keeps the images for

Unless you have given permission for the photographer to use the images (images used on websites and social media may result in a particle shoot refund or a free mini photoshoot etc, these offers are down the photographers discretion). The images are only kept for 60 days, after this time the photographer deletes them permanently.
